WNDU to air 3 college football games on Saturday

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Saturday will be a jam-packed day of college football here on WNDU, as we will air three games back-to-back-to-back.

It all starts at noon with Maryland at Wisconsin. The Terrapins will look to stay undefeated while Wisconsin hopes to bounce back from a loss last weekend to Alabama.

Immediately following that at 3:30 p.m. will be Notre Dame’s rivalry matchup against Purdue. The No. 24 Fighting Irish are looking to pick up their first win of the season while the Boilermakers hope to play spoiler at Notre Dame Stadium.

Then at 7:30 p.m., we’ll have No. 9 Illinois at No. 19 Indiana. Both teams are 3-0 on the season.

WNDU will not have a 6 p.m. newscast on Saturday due to the Notre Dame-Purdue game, but we will go on the air with the latest news and weather updates right after the Illinois-Indiana game, which is expected to end around 11 p.m.
