No WNDU morning newscasts this weekend due to The Open Championship golf coverage

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - NBC’s coverage of The 153rd Open Championship kicks into high gear this weekend, which means a couple of our regularly scheduled newscasts will be impacted.

We will not have morning shows on Saturday or Sunday because of the golf coverage.

It’s not expected to impact our evening news broadcasts (6 p.m. and 11 p.m.) on either night.
