Local Forecasts

Posted: 7:20 PM - It's been a very cold day and temperatures are about to take a dive even deeper tonight. We'll see lows getting down to 5 to 10 below zero, with wind chills between -10 and -20. We will see highs back into the low teens tomorrow with mostly sunny skies. The question for tonight is will clouds and lake effect snow clear out in time for us to see the total lunar eclipse? Meteorologist Cindi Clawson has more on the eclipse and your forecast in her Sunday evening weather segment.

Posted: 9:17 AM - Temperatures will be quite cold today with highs only in the low to mid teens, and wind chills near or below zero most of the day. On top of that, northerly winds will bring lake effect snow showers to western parts of our viewing area. Meteorologist Cindi Clawson breaks it all down for us in her Sunday morning forecast.

Posted: 01/19/2019 - Temperatures are tanking tonight as a blast of Arctic air moves into Michiana. Lows down into the single digits but wind chills will be well below zero. We only get up to around 12 degrees both Sunday and Monday, with wind chills around 15 below zero, perhaps colder on Monday morning. Lake effect snow will affect western parts of Michiana tomorrow. Meteorologist Cindi Clawson has the details in her Saturday evening forecast.
