New information on the Elkhart shooting lays out what happened

According to court documents obtained by our reporting partners at the Goshen News, 18-year-old Jarrod Spigutz killed 20-year-old Jared Foltz during a drug deal gone wrong.
Spigutz faces murder charges for the crime.
Documents indicate the two were in Foltz's Jeep Sunday night.
Spigutz told police he bought marijuana from Foltz and when Foltz asked for it back, Spigutz shot him.
Witnesses identified Spigutz and when police stopped his car, they found a gun in the trunk of the car.
Spigutz is held at the Elkhart County Jail without bond.
He's due in court Thursday morning.
