Chicago airport brings in cots after bad TSA backup

Cots had to be brought in for stranded travelers at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, and it's all because of long lines at TSA checkpoints.
Over the weekend, many passengers waited for more than two hours to go through screening.
The back-up got so long Sunday evening that many passengers missed their flights.
The problem was back Monday morning with hundreds of passengers once again standing in long TSA lines.
Security checkpoints are understaffed nationwide, but the Department of Homeland Security claims relief is on the way.
There's a promise to hire 768 new screeners starting next month.
