Main Street in South Bend closes for water connection work

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - A traffic alert is starting on Monday in South Bend.

Main Street between LaSalle and Colfax Avenues will be closed for water connection work to begin.

The detour route will be Dr. Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard via Colfax Avenue.

The closure is expected to last until Friday, June 19, weather permitting.
