Ind. (WNDU) - Indiana Michigan Power has officially launched a new platform to help you better understand and manage your energy bills.
It’s called a "Bill Support Center."
The purpose is to give you more detailed information about which charges go on your electric bill and why your cost changes from month to month.
You can also analyze each “line item” on your bill.
This even gives you the opportunity to change to a different electric rate and is similar to the “NIPSCO Customer Care Centers.”
