Dive team finds lost wedding ring 26 years after it fell into lake

ANDERSON, S.C. (WHNS/Gray News) - A couple is overjoyed after a man’s lost wedding ring was found in a South Carolina lake after it went missing in 1998.
David and Lisa divorced 26 years ago, and shortly after, David lost his wedding ring while out on a dock on Lake Hartwell.
Years later, the couple got back together and wanted to find the lost ring. They reached out to Lake Hartwell Divers to help look for it.
After several trips, the divers Jeremy and Noah were able to find the ring, which is now back on David’s finger, where the couple says it belongs.
