Inmate dies in Noble County Jail

Fort Wayne police are investigating the death of an inmate at the Noble County Jail.
Markus Middleton, 23, was found unconscious and unresponsive in his cell Wednesday night.
At around 8:30, officers conducted a routine cell check and found Middleton unconscious in his cell.
They tried reviving him, but he was pronounced dead.
Middleton, Who has been in jail since last month, was the only inmate in the cell.
No foul play is suspected.
More information will be released after an autopsy is performed.
