Wiley was shot and killed by a Senatobia Police Officer on June 14 in a Walmart Parking lot.

WARNING: Some viewers may find the footage difficult to watch.

Wiley’s family is pushing to have the Department of Justice open an investigation into his death.

Video shows law enforcement officers in the store’s loss prevention office being interrupted by a store employee saying, “two women are running.” Moments later, video shows law enforcement officers running after Wiley and the other woman as both get into the car.

Officers are then seen in front of the car as the driver backs out of the parking spot. Officers can be heard telling the driver to stop with guns drawn.

The driver is then seen driving toward officers, hitting one and crossing into the next parking lot aisle, striking a parked vehicle and later driving off.

Action News 5 received other footage from Darkhorse Press two days after Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch’s office determined the officers’ actions that day were justified.

That footage includes five videos: three body-camera videos from Senatobia officers and two surveillance videos from Walmart.
