Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds reopen after storms move through Michiana
Fairgrounds in Goshen shut down for nearly two hours after strong storms moved through region
UPDATE: Elkhart County 4-H Fair officials said the gates have reopened at the fairgrounds after the threat of severe weather closed the fair for nearly two hours Monday afternoon.
Fair officials also said Monday night’s concert featuring Charley Crockett and special guest Tege Holt is still on.
PREVIOUS STORY: Elkhart County 4-H Fair officials have temporarily closed the fairgrounds due to the threat of severe weather, according to fair officials.
Officials closed the fairgrounds at 2:45 p.m. while storms pass through the area.
It is unclear when the fairgrounds will reopen.
The Elkhart County 4-H Fair’s Facebook page will have updates as they become available.
