Billboard calling Trump ‘false prophet’ with controversial AI photo appears along interstate

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina/Gray News) - A billboard calling President Trump a false prophet has appeared in South Carolina.

The sign could be seen on I-85 South in Spartanburg County.

The sign uses an AI-generated image of the president that was posted to his Truth Social account on Easter, showing the word “Beware” with the website FalseProphet.org written beneath it.

The billboard appeared to be paid for by the group ConscienceFirst, a non-partisan, faith-based advocacy project, according to their website.

The image used depicted Trump in a white robe with a red garment, placing one hand on a man lying in a hospital bed, and bright lights coming from both hands.

While many took the image as a depiction of the president as Jesus, he defended the image, saying, “It’s supposed to be me as a doctor making people better, and I do make people better. I make people a lot better.”

The post was later removed from his social media accounts.

It was not immediately clear whether the sign on I-85 South was the only one planned by the group or not.
