Local Forecasts

Posted: 08/18/2019 - Showers and storms have popped up again this evening and will be moving off to the east. Storms may be a little gusty, and heavy rainfall is possible. The better threat for severe storms is just to our south and east where there is a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 10pm, but we’ll keep an eye especially on our eastern counties this evening. A few spots could see a shower or rumble overnight but not severe. It is pretty humid, and that will continue tonight with very warm lows in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees. Meteorologist Cindi Clawson has more details and the outlook for the work week in her Sunday evening forecast.

Posted: 08/18/2019 - A stormy day expected with several rounds of showers and storms possible. Some storms could be strong/severe with damaging winds, hail and heavy rainfall. Severe t-storm watch until 2pm. It will be a warm and muggy day with highs in the mid 80s.

Posted: 08/17/2019 - Scattered showers and some rumbles possible tonight, with a better chance for storms tomorrow. Warm and humid conditions will stick around for a few days. Meteorologist Cindi Clawson has the details in her Saturday evening forecast.
