* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

...LAKESHORE FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ SATURDAY TO 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/ SUNDAY...

* LAKESHORE FLOODING...Southwest winds of 20 mph Saturday morning will shift west and increase to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph midday Saturday through Saturday night. Northwest winds to 30 mph Sunday. Waves build to 8 to 14 feet, occasionally 18 feet, late Saturday into Sunday.

* TIMING...Saturday morning through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and high wave action Saturday through Sunday evening. This will cause extensive beach erosion as well as lakeshore flooding along the lakeshore.

A Lakeshore Flood Warning means that flooding is occurring or imminent along the lake. Residents on or near the shore in the warned area should be alert for rising water...and take appropriate action to protect life and property. Stay away from the beaches and piers.

Saint Joseph River Ohio NEAR Newville affecting Allen...De Kalb and Defiance Counties North Branch Elkhart River at Cosperville affecting Noble County .Rivers continue to hold steady or gradually decline from recent heavy rainfall. Additional rainfall is expected over the next 24 to 36 hours which may cause a brief plateau in river stages. The Flood Warning has been extended for The Saint Joseph River Michigan at South Bend

* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
