Notre Dame is not only one of the hottest teams in the country right now, they are also well-rested. By the time the Irish take the court Saturday for their first round game, it will have been 13 days since they last played.

A former Notre Dame football player and NFL hopeful is sharing his story to inspire local students to turn their troubles into triumphs.
