Bargain-hunters were in luck today, with a lot to choose from over at the Queen of Peace Parish. The church hosted what it calls the “mother of all rummage sales”.
From huge piles of clothing, to home décor and even electronics, the sale brings out those in search of a deal.
Though the sale started on Monday, new items keep coming in throughout the week and it all ends Sunday.
“We can’t price everything because there’s so many items, so we ask people to make a reasonable donation, and they do,” said Lisa Portolese, rummage sale coordinator.
The rummage sale is part of the church's Peace Fest, a weekend-long celebration to raise funds for their parish.
