A 13-year-old is still in the hospital after a hunting accident Saturday in the Winamac Fish and Wildlife area.
The boy and his father were pheasant hunting when they were shot by a person from another group about 50 yards away.
A pellet went into the boy's neck, and another hit his father in the back of the head.
They were taken to the Pulaski County Hospital, where the boy will need to do minor surgery to remove the pellet. Both victims were wearing the required hunter orange gear.
The investigation is ongoing.
