If you’re travelling by Amtrak train during the next two weeks, you'll want to factor in some delays.
Crews continue work on a track improvement project on the Wolverine Line Monday.
They'll be working on the section of track between Battle Creek and Jackson until October 10th.
That means trains won't be travelling east past Battle Creek, so passengers will be transported by bus.
Construction will pause on the weekends.
Once finished, the improvement project will allow trains to run the entire route at 110 miles an hour.
