School Closings Web Access: Register your Organization



As a public service, NewsCenter 16 offers a school/organization closing system for school officials, daycare providers, government officials and large employers (over 500 employees) to close/delay scheduled events.  To be included in our database, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Public or Private School
  • Daycare Provider
  • Government Services (such as libraries or government agencies)
  • Large, local employers (over 500 employees or largest employer in your county)
  • Churches with large congregations (over 100)
