NAPPANEE, Ind. (WNDU) - While National Signing Day might have been yesterday, one of Michiana's best high school football players put pen to paper this afternoon.

NorthWood's all-purpose football star Bronson Yoder signed with William & Mary today.

Yoder had a tremendous senior season. He was a finalist for Indiana's Mr. Football after leading the Panthers with 2,310 rushing yards and 28 touchdowns on offense, while recording seven interceptions on defense.

Yoder is excited for his next chapter and cant wait to start playing ball in Williamsburg.

"Feels amazing," Yoder said. "That's really the only way to describe it. It feels like a really good relief to have it off my shoulders and get it done. Academically, they are really strong. The football is really strong and the guys there are really down to earth, inviting to me and great to hang out with. The coaches are amazing and I had a great time when I visited."

Yoder will play defensive back for the Tribe.
