Work missing from South Bend Museum of Art returned

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) – Artwork stolen from a South Bend museum has been returned.

A sculpture called Welcome Knives was stolen from the South Bend Museum of Art between 2 and 5 p.m. Saturday.

The museum tweeted Monday night that the shoe-shaped sculpture was returned. The tweet notes that the museum is "waiting for all of the details."
