WINONA LAKE, Ind. (WNDU) - A Silver Lake woman is in custody in Kosciusko County after a short police pursuit in Winona Lake.

Nineteen-year-old Skylar Stahl was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail for resisting law enforcement, aggravated battery and possession of paraphernalia, according to our reporting partners at News Now Warsaw.

Police say they attempted to stop an SUV driven by Stahl around 2 p.m. Sunday, but she did not stop and a pursuit ensued.

Stahl allegedly drove off the road and onto Stonehenge Golf Course near County Road 250 East and East Pierceton Road. The SUV continued through the golf course and two other properties.

Stahl then drove through an iron fence before her vehicle came to a stop in a yard on East Muirfield Road. She was arrested and her vehicle impounded.
