Berrien County officials investigating after fuel dumped into drain

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. (WNDU) - Officials in Berrien County are searching for answers after someone dumped around 500 gallons of fuel into a drain.

The fuel was discovered last week when the drain at Napier Avenue and Park Road in Bainbridge Township became clogged.

Contractors pumped out five trucks of sand and water as they cleaned up the fuel, according to our newsgathering partners at WSJM Radio.
