Starbucks jumps on ‘impossible’ trend with breakfast

Starbucks will begin selling a “plant-based breakfast sandwich” made with impossible sausage as part of its summer menu.
The sandwich will also contain a “cage-free fried egg” and cheddar cheese.
It's a huge win for “Impossible Foods” in its race for partnerships over “Beyond Meat.”
Beyond Meat's breakfast sandwiches are already at Dunkin', Hardee's, and Carl's Jr.
