The 'Me Too' movement has sparked a conversation across the nation about sexual harassment in the workplace.

It's left a lot of people wondering what sexual harassment is, how to take it seriously, and what should be done to keep employees safe?

Those questions and more will be addressed at a series of workshops starting next week at Saint Mary's College, and you're invited to attend.

The sexual harassment in the workplace workshop will feature a panel of community leaders, including Saint Mary's President Jan Cervelli and South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg.

NewsCenter 16's Tricia Sloma will be the moderator of the discussion, as the workshop covers issues such as like training, policies and disciplinary action.

The workshop is titled "Leading by Example: The Impact of Change." It will be held Monday, March 26 from 11:45 am to 1:45 pm at the Student Center, at Saint Mary's College.

Registration is $35 and lunch is included.
