St. Joseph Co. Council, commissioners honor Maureen McFadden

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - The honors keep coming for Maureen McFadden during this, the final week of her four-decade career at WNDU.

On Tuesday night, the St. Joseph County Council passed a resolution honoring Mo for 40 years of excellence in journalism. She also received the Key to the County.

"This is for a lifetime of service and dedication to the people of St. Joseph County and our community," Commissioner Andy Kostielney said. "We are so grateful you have chosen to share your life with us and look forward to all the great things you'll do in the next life."

On Monday, Mayor Pete Buttigieg presented Maureen with the Key to the City of South Bend.
