SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Starting Monday, those who take the South Shore from South Bend to Chicago will have to take a bus in between.

Buses will take passengers between South Bend International Airport and the Carroll Avenue station in Michigan City. Trains between Michigan City and Chicago are scheduled to operate as normal.

The move is to allow crews to upgrade the tracks and overhead wire.

Busses will be offered April 23-27 and April 30-May 4. If you're planning to take the buses, you might want to prepare for some delays.
