South Bend man convicted of wife's stabbing death

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - A South Bend man has been found guilty of murdering his wife.

Carl Gathright, 48, was found guilty by a jury Thursday afternoon in the stabbing death of his wife, Argusta. The murder happened at her home in April of 2017.

Gathright will be sentenced on June 17. He is facing between 45 and 65 years in prison for the crime.
