Shots fired but no one hurt after police chase crosses state line

WHITE PIGEON, Mich. (WNDU) - Bristol police say shots were fired during a police chase that ended in Michigan.

Police attempted to stop a vehicle just after 2:40 a.m. Thursday in the area of County Road 131 and State Road 120 in Bristol. The chase eventually ended in an officer-involved shooting the 16000 block of East Lake Drive in White Pigeon.

Police say several properties were damaged as a result of the pursuit, but fortunately, no injuries have been reported.

One man was arrested, and police say the incident remains under investigation.
