SB police investigating shooting after victim walks into hospital

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - South Bend police are investigating a shooting that took place early Saturday morning.

Police say they were dispatched to the hospital around 5:25 a.m. after a 22-year-old man walked in with a wound to the face and cuts from broken glass. His injuries are described as non-life-threatening.

According to police, the victim was in a vehicle, possibly on LaSalle, when an unknown person shot at the vehicle sometime between 4:30 a.m. and 5:20 a.m.
