Rain showers move in overnight from the south, then mix with snow showers by morning. A mix of rain and snow will continue throughout the day on Sunday with areas on the northwestern half of Michiana best setup for snow, with those on the southeastern half receiving cold rain. Temps will be in the mid to upper 30s during the day with a midnight high in the lower 40s. It'll also be breezy on Sunday. There is potential that northwestern areas could see up to 1-2" of snow, mainly on cold and grassy surfaces but the rain will also help to wash it away quickly. After that, warmer weather works its way in by Tuesday, then showers and some storms develop mid-week.
