Plymouth man arrested for attack, attempted robbery at Kroger

PLYMOUTH, Ind. (WNDU) Plymouth police have arrested a man who allegedly robbed a person after attempting to steal from Kroger.

It happened at around 10:40 p.m. on January 12.

The Plymouth Police Department was called about a man who had tried to rob the Kroger on N. Michigan Street.

The same person then reportedly attacked and robbed someone in the store's parking lot.

Another customer fired a handgun into the air in an effort to stop the attack.

The suspect then ran from the scene.

After surveillance images were distributed, several tips indicated that Sean Critchlow, a 23-year-old from Plymouth, was responsible. He was arrested and charged with robbery and attempted robbery. Bond has been set at $10,000.
