One killed in semi and pick-up crash in Elkhart County

A 25-year-old Mishawaka man was killed in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday morning.
The crash happened before 10 a.m. near U.S. 6 and County Road 25 in Elkhart County.
Police said a semi was traveling west on U.S. 6 when an eastbound Ford F-250 crossed over the center line and hit the semi. The semi then went off the road and hit a utility pole.
Anthony Eddy, 25, the driver of the F-250, died at the scene. The driver of the semi, Richard Brown, of North Manchester, was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
