New South Bend ride service, LimeBike, already a success

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - South Bend city leaders say over 500 riders took advantage of the city's new bike sharing service during its first week.

The service was launched last Monday. Right now, nearly 200 bikes are placed at different spots throughout the city.

Over 3,000 people downloaded the LimeBike app during the week and bicyclists went for over 2,500 rides.
