N. Indiana postal carrier accused of stealing painkillers
A northern Indiana postal carrier is criminally accused of opening packages instead of delivering them.
When Leroy Worsham found prescription painkillers, he allegedly stole them.
That's according to a proposed plea agreement in the case that will be heard in federal court in South Bend on Monday.
Worsham faces a maximum possible punishment of five years behind bars.
Specific information about Worsham's delivery route has not been released.
