SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) -- Metro Homicide has identified the man who died after being found unresponsive at a home in the 1200 block of Huey Street in South Bend.

Emergency responders were called to the scene around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.

Anthony Freshour, 61, was found unresponsive. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

An autopsy performed Monday determined that Freshour suffered from numerous health issues and died of natural causes.

The St. Joseph County Metro Homicide Unit assisted in the investigation, but they say the case is not a homicide investigation.
