Indiana State Prison inmates donate hair to Locks of Love

MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. (WNDU) Seventeen inmates at the Indiana State Prison grew out their hair and donated it to Locks of Love, an organization that provides wigs for children undergoing medical treatment.

Most of the men made their donation in honor of family members who have battled cancer.

American Legion Post 130 hosted the donation event at the Michigan City facility on April 11.
