Police are investigating after two people were shot Wednesday night in Elkhart.
Just after 8:30 p.m., officers were called to the 100 block of West Garfield where they found a person who had been shot. On Thursday morning, police identified him as 25-year-old Andrew Rodger of Elkhart. He was taken to a South Bend hospital in serious condition.
Another victim, now identified as 39-year-old Kory Williams of Elkhart, later walked into an Elkhart hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say they're still looking for a suspect. They believe this was a targeted incident, not a random act.
