ELKHART, Ind. (WNDU) -- An Elkhart man convicted of making explosive devices has been sentenced in federal court.
Court documents say Lee Underwood,28, made up to 6 pipe bombs from 2017 to 2018.
Someone threw the bombs out of a car and they remained by a busy intersection for weeks.
Underwood will spend 51 months in prison, followed by 3 years of supervised release.
