Elkhart County fashion week begins
Elkhart County Fashion Week runs September 18th through September 24th. The week-long event celebrates local artists, designers, and fashion. Retailers will offer discounts, and there will be daily activities to participate in, including a couture fashion show.

Local style merchants strut their stuff in a showcase of formalwear and cocktail attire. Award-winning fashion designer Eugene Stutzman hosts a show of his iconic dress collection that has been worn by Elizabeth Taylor, Whitney Houston and Sarah Jessica Parker. Black Tie optional – strut YOUR stuff as you hear “Who are you Wearing” from the red carpet entrance.

The gowns of Eugene Stutzman and Alexander Wallace (Eugene Alexander) come to life on black, white, and silver mannequins. The art of fashion is brilliantly displayed and each tells “a bright lights and big city” story. Meet ’73 Goshen College alum Eugene Stutzman and hear about the inspirations for his designs.
