WARSAW, Ind. (WNDU) - Crews have put out a fire at J&B Pallet in Warsaw.
The call came in around 5:15 a.m. on Friday and shut down South Buffalo Street from Prairie to Boydston.
The blaze was met with a sizable emergency response, in part because the fire had so much flammable material to fuel it.
Still, firefighters were able to contain the fire within an hour.
"When we arrived there was flames showing, from the Kiln area, on the outside of the building ... and we contained it to that structure," Warsaw Fire Department public information officer Max Kinsey said.
No injuries have been reported.
"With as much fire load that we carry in these types of buildings, it definitely has potential to go bigger than it did," Kinsey said.
The cause remains under investigation.
