A court hearing in a federal lawsuit regarding birth control access for the University of Notre Dame students and faculty will take place Monday.

The group Irish 4 Reproductive Health alleges the University is illegally taking away "copay-free" birth control for staff and students and staff. The group claims the University's decision amounts to sex discrimination and is against federal law.

Oral arguments are Monday in federal court.
