She’s back! Christine Karsten is excited to once again call WNDU home.
Christine graduated from the Missouri School of Journalism at the University of Missouri in Columbia in 2012 and joined WNDU as a reporter. She ended up moving to the morning show where she spent most of her time as a reporter and anchor.
After four years at WNDU, Christine was offered an opportunity to co-host a lifestyle show in Kansas City and she took it. Christine and her husband, Irish Dave, ended up moving back to Michiana to host the morning radio show on U93.
She spent some time as the Media Liaison for the South Bend Police Department before coming “home” to WNDU as a co-anchor for 16 Morning News Now.
“I am honored that WNDU trusted me with this opportunity to help wake you up every morning,” says Christine. “I am also thrilled to share the desk with Tricia. I have learned so much from her through the years and I am excited for that to continue.”
When Christine is not working, she loves exploring new places with her husband and two rescue dogs, Lady and Adelaide. If you have any travel suggestions or just want to say hi, feel free to reach out.
