UPDATE: Penn HS teacher crosses Mississippi River in ‘Race Across America’

(WNDU) - In case you missed it, we told you last week that a Penn High School teacher is currently competing in the 2022 Race Across America!
We checked in with Les Crooks on Wednesday as he was crossing the Mississippi River. You can watch his response in the video above!
Crooks started his journey in California and is biking to Maryland. He is currently making his way towards Indiana.
