INDIANAPOLIS (WNDU) - Back in 2018, Sister Jean captured the hearts of the nation as her beloved Loyola Chicago Ramblers made it all the way to the Final Four.

In 2021, she’ll be cheering on one of South Bend’s own in the big dance in Indianapolis.

Riley High school grad Damezi Anderson willl play in his first NCAA Tournament this weekend for the Ramblers.

Anderson transferred from Indiana to Loyola in the offseason, and he wants to do anything to help the Ramblers win in March.

“I’m making sure I am keying in to the game detail,” Anderson said. “Keeping positive energy. Hyping my teammates up. Cheering them on. Still giving them positive energy. I feel like my energy will be a huge key to helping us win.”
