ELKHART, Ind. (WNDU) - Classic rock and barbecue – that’s what a new restaurant in Elkhart is all about.
Smokin’ Fattys Barbecue Joint officially opened its doors on Tuesday after having its soft opening last week.
The menu has everything from 18 hour smoked brisket, to nachos and tacos.
The owner, Cam Snyder, says Elkhart needed a place with barbecue, Mexican food, and good music.
“[I have] surrounded myself with classic rock and roll,” said Snyder. “Bob Marley over here on the wall, the music that we that we’re playing is a song list that I’ve created.”
