Music Village takes over Fridays by the Fountain
SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Another beautiful Friday means folks were outside the Morris Theatre enjoying Fridays by the Fountain.
Happening all summer, Fridays by the Fountain gives folks a chance to unwind with some live music and lunch before the start of the weekend.
This week featured the Music Village, a group of community musicians from the St. Joseph County area, showing their talents on the keyboard, vocals, string instruments, harmonica, and even an accordion.
“We’re out here on the plaza from 11:45 a.m. until 1:15 p.m. We’ve got food trucks. It’s a great lunchtime break to come eat out in the sunshine,” said Jane Moore, Morris Theater Booking and Event Services Director.
Fridays by the Fountain continue through Oct. 2nd featuring the Whistle Pigs next week.
