DTSB First Fridays: Dog Days of Summer
SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - If you’re looking for something fun to do Friday night, grab your furry friend and head to downtown South Bend for First Fridays.
The theme is ‘Dog Days of Summer’.
You can bring your dog, grab takeout from your favorite restaurant and head to Studebaker Plaza for some live music and fun.
Booths will be set up with animal rescue groups offering different services, along with adoptable dogs.
“Lots of businesses are getting involved with the theme, like Pigeon and the Hen Pottery,” said Kylie Carter, DTSB director of marketing & events. “You can go and get a pawprint ornament there, you press your dog’s paws in the clay, get their name. It’s $10. So lots of fun things you can do with your dog.”
Masks and physical distancing will be required.
Events kick off at 4 p.m. and will go until 10 p.m.
