A tropical storm warning is out for two coastal counties in south Florida, Miami-Dade and Broward.
Forecasters say they're in for more strong wind, rough surf and rain from Tropical Storm Noel.
Palm Beach County is under a tropical storm watch.
The storm is blamed for at least 81 deaths in the Caribbean, most of them because of mudslides and flooding in Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
The National Hurricane Center in Miami says Noel is heading toward the northwestern Bahamas this morning with top winds of nearly 60 miles-an-hour.
It's expected to eventually make a northeast turn away from Florida but could still bring South Florida another two inches of rain.
