The Culver-Union Township Public Library welcomes CM Sunshine Home Healthcare, Inc. September is self-improvement month and a great time to focus on making time for and bettering ourselves. Representatives from CM Sunshine Home Healthcare, Inc. will be here to provide free health screenings for the community on Monday, September 15th from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM in the large meeting room at CUTPL. This program is free and open to the public.

Camp Millhouse Fall Resource Fair and Open House

Camp Millhouse is a residential summer camp for individuals of all ages with disabilities. We will be hosting a disability resource fair and open house for individuals and families in Michiana. The event is free and will give parents and consumers an opportunity to speak with community organizations about residential, educational, recreational, vocational and other services. Camp tours, face painting, lunch and more will be provided free of charge!

Calling all Superheroes!
Please join us for a day of Spectacular Super Hero Fun during our Super Hero Party at Culver Union Township Public Library on Saturday, September 6th from 10-11:30 am
Boys and Girls who are fans of Super Heroes are invited to hear a superhero story, play super games, eat superhero themed snacks, and do a craft which they will be able to take home with them.
Bring your camera and don't forget to dress up in your favorite Super Hero Gear!
We ask that you sign-up prior to the event. You can do this at the Culver-Union Township Public Library Children's Room Desk or simply by calling the library.

Thursday Tech Time is an open discussion group for anyone interested in computers and technology. Come and talk, share, listen and ask questions!
Sessions will be held from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM on the third Thursday of each month. Each session may have a speaker and topic or may simply be an open discussion. All sessions are free and open to the public.

Fridays by the Fountain

Jon R. Hunt Plaza (Across from Morris Performing Arts Center) 211 N. Michigan Street, South Bend, IN 46601
The Morris Performing Arts Center is pleased to present the outdoor lunch-time concert series, Fridays by the Fountain on the Jon R. Hunt Plaza, in front of the Morris Theater, each summer between the months of June and August. The concert series traditionally runs every other Friday and features live entertainment from local Blues, Jazz, Rock, Folk, and Country bands. The concerts are FREE and open to the public and run from 11:45 AM - 1:15 PM.

Food vendors are available and they offer a variety of lunchtime favorites including pizza, sandwiches, salads and pasta, or you may choose to 'brown bag' it. Tables are set in and around the plaza to give the concertgoers a space to eat and rest and enjoy the festivities or you may opt to bring a blanket and relax on the lawn.
